For shipping to the continental United States, the fee is $8.50 for any order under $100.00. For a limited time, orders over $100.00 ship
FREE. Unless otherwise notified, your order should ship within 5 business days.
If you are interested in purchasing a sling, but would need it shipped internationally, please contact us for shipping charges and details.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes an item ordered is not anything
like what you were expecting. Therefore, we want to provide excellent service in any situation. If you
find that a pouch is the wrong fit or a particular sling is just not what you
wanted, you may return it within 30 days for exchange or refund upon approval.
(Approval for return is not difficult to get!) Simply email me before returning stating your reason for return. You will be responsible for return shipping. If the problem is simply a matter of
learning to use your carrier, let us be your long distance “teachers” and help
you work through the learning curve. After all, we want you and your baby to be
comfortable together!
